Turn your old newspapers into paper bricks with this ingenious paper log maker. One broadsheet newspaper will make a log that will burn for one hour in a typical wood stove.
To create your own paper logs, first tear the paper into strips and soak in a bucket of water for a few hours. Transfer the wet mass into the body of the paper log maker. Fold over the arms of the log maker, and firmly press down. Increase the pressure until no more water drains through the filter holes. Remove the wet brick and place in a suitable place to dry. Happy Logmaking!
