Trade terms are available to established retailers. To avail of this service you must first of all register with us. Then each time you visit this site you must login to see wholesale prices listed in the WHOLESALE CATEGORY only. Prices you will see for products in other categories are normal retail prices (even if you are logged-in).
Following your Registration you will be emailed to confirm acceptance.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed all orders are accepted subject to the following conditions:
PRICES:Goods are offered for re-sale at prices shown on trade website and/or price lists. They are subject to change without notice. VAT is added at the rate applicable on the date of collection for delivery.
Pack sizes/units are not shown on the website at present. When Wholesale Orders are placed via the website, they are referred to the Wholesale Dept for checking. The order will be adjusted to match nearest pack size (if necessary) and referred back to customer for authorisation. Customers may order mixed pallets.
CARRIAGE: Charged at cost for orders under €350.00
CLAIMS: Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit must be advised within 3 days of receipt of order. The carrier should also be notified immediately.
RETURNS: Drivers are not authorised to accept return of goods. Written authorisation must be received from the Ecoshop Ltd and documentation with returned goods must quote original invoice number. A 10% charge will be levied on all returns to cover cost of handling and administration.
PAYMENT: For initial Orders a Pro-forma will be drawn up and faxed/emailed.
As soon as payment is received , order will be dispatched within 48 hours. Any delays will be notified. A trade account application form will be forwarded after completion of third order. Trade accounts are due one calendar month from the date of invoice. The Ecoshop Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts and to suspend deliveries.
TITLE: Until payment is received in full by the Ecoshop Ltd, all goods remain the property of Ecoshop Ltd. Ecoshop is entitled to reposses the goods or the proceeds of sale in the purchaser hands or the hands of any liquidator or receiver.
